Had a lovely retreat for a few days in your lovely home Katie. We received a warm welcome from you after some brilliant communication with us prior to our stay. We very much enjoyed breakfast in the sitting room looking out info your lovely garden, where we spotted a beautiful barn owl!
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful thank you and filled up for the day. Our room was beautifully clean and fresh with all that we needed for our stay. It was lovely to meet your wonderful cocker spaniels too.
Parking was very easy just outside the house and the village very quiet overnight to support sleep.
Overall a lovely stay and we enjoyed meeting you very much.

An absolute treat of a stay - thank you so much for having me (and Beetle !). Sadly my two nights have not been enough - but it has been utterly restorative. Beautiful accommodation, delicious food and a warm and generous host - not to ention the world's best lemon drizzle ! Having a separate reception room is a real luxury - the perfect spot to wind down next to the fire after a long walk ! Thank you again !
