I look forward to welcoming you to Woodward Farm House!

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review the booking and house guidelines.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

  • Check-in:   I kindly invite guests to check in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: I kindly request guests to check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

GUEST AGE POLICY:

  • To maintain the peaceful ambiance of Woodward Farm House, I am unable to accommodate babies or young children, as our rooms are not designed as family rooms.
  • I welcome guests aged 18 years and older.

DOGS:

I understand that your dog is part of the family, and I am happy to welcome well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement.  A small additional charge will apply.

  • To ensure a comfortable stay for your dog and other/future guests, I kindly ask that:

    • You bring your dog's own bed and bedding for their comfort.
    • For the cleanliness and preservation of our furnishings, I respectfully request that dogs are not permitted on the house furniture or beds.
    • For their safety and the peace of mind of other guests, I ask that dogs are not left unsupervised in the property.

    I'm pleased to share that our lovely village pub is very dog-friendly, offering a welcoming spot for you and your companion to relax

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation of your stay and your booking details by e-mail from me, this signifies that both parties have entered into a binding contract which is subject to all the Woodward Farm House booking conditions. Please ensure the details on your booking confirmation are correct, and advise me immediately if there are any errors.

  • Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your stay is kindly requested 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full cost of the stay is payable at the time of booking.
  • Payment Method: For your convenience, we accept payment exclusively by Bank Transfer.

CARING FOR THE PROPERTY:

  • All guests agree to take reasonable and proper care of the property and the furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property during the period of their stay.
  • Minor accidental damage and breakages are understood and will not typically be charged for.
  • However, guests will be responsible for any damage exceeding £10.00.   I appreciate your understanding and care in this regard.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY:

  • While I strive to ensure a safe environment, please be aware that I cannot accept liability for any accident, injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests, their accompanying friends and family, guest vehicles, or personal effects, regardless of how caused.  I recommend guests ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY (by Woodward Farm House):

  • In the rare event that I need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, I will always endeavor to find suitable alternative accommodation nearby.
  • If an acceptable alternative cannot be found, or if it's not possible, we will issue a full refund of all monies paid for the booking.
  • Our liability in such instances will not extend beyond this refund.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • The deposit payment secures your booking and is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date: You may be liable for the full cost of the stay. However, if we are able to re-let the room, we will be pleased to provide a full or partial refund.
  • Bookings made 7 days or less before arrival: The full cost is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation.
  • Non-Arrivals or Early Departures: Guests who fail to arrive or choose to shorten their stay will be charged the total price of the booking.
  • Cancellation Notice: To ensure clear communication, all cancellation notices must be received by us in writing.
